Meditation Room Bookings

We have a beautiful group space (31’ x 16’) for hire for running workshops, talks, etc.

Please Note:
If there are 20+ participants (including group facilitators) on the booking, then the rate rises by 1/3.

Day timings are from 9.30 am until 5.30 pm
Half day timings are from 9.30/10.00-1.30/2.00 and 1.30/2.00 to 5.30/6.00
Evening timings are from 6.30 pm until 9.30 pm

The group room can accommodate different amounts of people e.g.:

For a circle:	15 people
For a large oval:	25 people
For a talk/concert:	50-60 people
For yoga:	10 people plus teacher
For dancing:	10-12 people

We have cushions, backjacks and mats available, also some chairs.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on booking, with the remainder due 4 weeks before your event. Please phone or email Gisela on 01458 832 300 or gisela@shekinashram.org for availability, and we will send a booking form and further information out to you.
