Regular Programmes:

Gatherings
These are most often a blend of silent contemplation and a sharing circle. Speaking in the group offers each one present a powerful opportunity to share something of themselves. This form of communication is deeply empowering, and often transformational. The participants communication is spontaneous and deepens in accordance with the collective consciousness of the group energy. In this way people break free from the normal constraints of communication, by allowing themselves to be seen, and daring to communicate from a more authentic space due to the respect and safety given by the other participants who, whilst not speaking themselves, remain silent in a non-judgemental receptive state.

Reiki Circles
A nurturing space where each one present will have the benefit of both giving and receiving energy transmission for the greater benefit of the whole being. Reiki treatments are an opportunity for you to go deep within to a place where you are empowered by your own inner knowing and inherent capacity to heal yourself through enhanced awareness. Reiki supports you toward taking responsibility for your life and the present circumstances experienced, through an inner process of awakening to the conscious understanding that all things manifest in our lives by grace, at exactly the right moment to facilitate our emotional, mental and spiritual growth.

Reiki energy transmissions create an interface that actively works to harmonise the relationships between the subtle bodies and the physical vehicle itself. It also catalyses a reassessment of the information stored in the body’s cellular memory. This naturally activates a deconstruction of the historical data held in the mental and emotional fields, which in turn creates a sense of clear space allowing the recipient to become more “present” in their day to day life. When the Reiki is received it follows the exact energetic pathway necessary to create the required alignment within the subtle bodies. This is guided by the recipients’ inner knowing and compassionate regard for him/herself.

Dyads
These offer individuals the space to work through issues on a one to one basis, in a supportive and safe environment. Dyad periods are 40 minutes long during which each participant sits opposite a partner whilst contemplating a koan or question with the intention of (directly) experiencing the object of their contemplation. The contemplator communicates to a silent listening partner whatever occurs in his/her consciousness as a direct result of their contemplation. After 5 minutes the roles reverse and the contemplator becomes the listener, and vice versa. This cycles around until the 40 minute period has passed. This is a very powerful tool which helps to throw light on issues and shifts them fast.

Devotional Singing
An opportunity to pour ones Heart out to the Divine. Joining in song and voice we can open to Pure Consciousness, losing ourselves in the greater resonance of universal harmony. It is said by the Avatars of this age that simply repeating the names of God with sincerity and total devotion will ensure liberation. Certainly it unifies the devotee with God and transfers the unparalleled bliss of Divine Union. When you sing or chant in such a way your worries in life simply dissolve away.

Community Meetings
A forum of communication where visions are grounded, practical information is shared, and constructive feedback is offered on current issues. It is also a space where appreciation is given and gripes are allowed practical airspace geared toward resolution.

Enlightenment Intensives
The principles upon which the Enlightenment Intensives are founded play an important part in the fundamental structure of the Ashram.

The Enlightenment Intensive structure was conceived and developed by Charles Berner. For 35 years this format has been utilised with powerful and often profound effects. Throughout the world thousands of ‘ordinary’ people have been graced with enlightenment experiences using this simple formula. It is based primarily on the tradition of Zen sesshins, which are supervised contemplative retreats found traditionally in Japanese Zen Buddhism. The Enlightenment Intensive format is a radical development of the sesshin which incorporates modern communication techniques. In itself, the Enlightenment Intensive is not aligned to any particular spiritual school, it is simply devoted to offering the participants a powerful forum for the realisation of the Truth as It Is.
