The Ultimate Head Treatment


 
                                                 
 

1. Eyes

Place your hands gently without touching the nose. Palms directly over the eyes.

2. Temples

The palms should Be placed directly over the temples. As an alternative you may place the thumbs at the third eye.

3. Middle Head

Cup the head gently but firmly. Be careful not to push the head, compressing the neck.

4. Top of Head

Cup the head gently but firmly. Be careful not to push the head, compressing the neck.

5. Behind Ears

This is a really nice one. Be sure to draw the hair away from the ears.

6. Over Ears

Draw the hair away from the ears and hold gently.

7. Jaw

Place your palms directly over the jaw muscles connecting your fingertips at the chin.

8. Under Head

Rest the head in your hands and place your fingers at the occiput. Massage slowly and firmly & pull the head. Pass your hands out thru the hair.

9. Head Side ( Stage 1 )

Place hands in Pos 5 and turn the head gently to one side.

( Stage 2 ) Place your hand under the neck & massage round to the top side passing up into the hair…..

( Stage 3 ) and out thru the the crown, slowly massaging the scalp as you go. Do the three times, and then turn the head and repeat on the other side.

10. Head Lift ( Stage 1)

Rest the head in your hands as in Pos 8 and gentle pull and lift the head til the chin comes close to the sternum.

( Stage 2 ) Transfer the weight of the head into one hand and place the other hand on the opposite shoulder resting the head on your forearm.

( Stage 3 ) Side View Let your fore- arm take the weight of the head and then place your other hand on the other shoulder.

Front View

Gradually and carefully lift the head further. For that little extra stretch watch the recipients breathing and lift as they exhale.

( Stage 4 ) Hold the head at its maximum for about 15 seconds and then gently ease it down taking the underside forearm out first and placing it under the head to take the weight, and then follow with the other forearm finishing by holding the head as in Stage 1. Ease down very gently and pull the head slightly toward you to maintain the stretch. If the recipient has a bad back then leave this one out or just do Stage 1.

11. Balancing the Head & the Heart

Place one hand with the palm over the forehead with the other gentle placed over the Heart.

12. Thymus

Place both hands on the chest making a triangle around the Thymus.
