Love arises effortlessly when we begin to see others as perfect expressions of themselves. Harmony exists when we allow others to be themselves and we are in total acceptance of who and what we are. We acknowledge that we are perfectly unique expressions of the very same Essential Self reflecting reality back to itself in the ever changing play of life. By living in the understanding that we are perfect expressions of ourselves on a journey to realise our inherent non-separateness with 'others' it is no longer necessary to have others change in order to make us feel happy and content.

Happiness emerges when we withdraw our resistance to the way things are. We simply celebrate what already Is, and create a future based on Love and respect for all sentient life.

By acknowledging the perfect reflection of the other's otherness, and by taking responsibility for our own feelings we can rest in the understanding that we are doing our best, and that it is enough.

Will You Tell Me the Truth?

Truth is Here, silently awaiting discovery in the Heart of Consciousness. When this is realised liberation is experienced. In this realisation Love overflows uncontrollably, into the world of form, effortlessly communicating the essence of its Being. This fire of Love once activated will keep burning no matter what stands in its way. Eventually Truth alone will remain resplendent amongst the ashes of illusions past.

Being awake is not necessarily a place of safety aloof from the world, where we drift around in a state of bliss knowing that we are free, where everyone else in their state of suffering accepts This reality to be True. It is a place where in every moment the awakened one lives in the void with a surety of Being substantiated by no thing.

It could be said that the world is a distraction to be transcended alone. To some degree there is truth in this, however what better opportunity to shatter the Heart open than to experience humanities futile plight in search of fulfilment.

Profound intimacy of Being is the portal of Realisation available in each moment through honest and respectful relationship. It is a mutual revelation of Being that offers the one reflection that infinitely satisfies. It is an impeccable honesty of Being That Is utterly Real and unwavering.

This is simply a total relaxation of all effort to be anything, where all that is not falls away leaving only That which Is, resplendent and Self-evident. It is the unbearable, uncontrollable Silence which becomes apparent when the noise subsides.
